The house is located in Kings Beach, California in a residential neighborhood 5 blocks from one of the best, most south-facing beaches in all of Lake Tahoe. Kings Beach is on the the North Shore of Tahoe and boasts hiking and biking trails, a wellness center, shops, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, post office, video store, etc. etc. The beach offers boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals and a playground. The beach itself is a big white sand beach with shallow water which is great for kids. The house is a 1960's chalet a-frame style house but the interior has been completely re-done right down to brand new appliances and furnishings. There is a conservancy lot next door and the house sits up from the street for added privacy. The landscaped backyard is totally fenced in with a picnic table, gas grill and even a playhouse for kids. The front deck has additional redwood furniture for another nice place to kick back. The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a king (organic latex mattress!), a full bed and two twins. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a brand new washer and dryer in the home. There are two kayaks with paddles and life vests available for use.
